Running Windows 7 If I download IE 10, will it also download the "Tiles" or will it just be a upgrad

Just wondering if I download IE-10,an upgrade from my IE-9 I'm using now with Windows 7X64, will the upgrade load as just a browser, or does it also download the "tiles" as I see on windows 8. Just curious as I don't care for the Tiles, and use Yahoo as

my web page.
