how can i delete Windows 7 service pack 1?

So my computer has the problem where it pages out because of service pack one (sp1) on windows 7. normally i would be able to delete it but i got a SSD and had to use a disc to re-install windows and the disc comes with sp1 on it. I have not way of deleting

it and i need to. HELP!

 

also the hotfix did not stop the random freezing at all.
