stupid problems with windows 8 that killed my pc. a restart loop!

I bought a hp with the windows 8 installed on it, it ran really good for a while until the latest update. Now every time i try to turn on the computer automaticaly get it self into a loop that never ends. It says... your pc has run into a problem, we are

now recovering data to fix, its a blue screen and it keeps restarting the pc. CAN SOMEONE HELP MY PROBLEM!!!!!
