hi,i have an error code 80070002 and no updates, the messages states that it has never checked for updates and it has never installed any updates - tyhis is clearly wrong. it has updated fine in the past.i was wondering of there is a virus.i followed the instruction on the website and deleted the files in dowloads and datrastore. there is no change as windows still does not recognise it has installed updates in the past and it will not install any new updates.please contact me via email.short of reinstalling win7 i cannont see any viable way to clear this. thanks in advance.
