My laptop turn off unexpectedly when plugged into power supply and also batteryWhen it reboot to the windows and i review the event viewer from administrative tools, I found this message: The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.

Exactly at the shutdown time this message been found:The Multimedia Class Scheduler service entered the running state.  Why this happened to my laptop?Asus x42j windows 7 (64) Ultimate service pack 1
