getting an updated resource kit tool

I was directed to a new version of the acctinfo.dll ADUC addon, with

increased functionality, by an MVP. He said to get it from a TAM. Only

problem is that we're a mid-sized business without an enterprise contract, so

no TAM. I called PSS and was forwarded to a rep in India who didn't have a

clue what I was talking about and wanted to charge me for a support call to

look into it. Anyone have a better idea where I can get the updated tool

version?
