MIROSOFT FIX IT DOESN'T WORK ON WINDOW XP.  UPDATE AREN'T INSTALLING WHEN I CLOSE MY PC DOWN.  UPDATE WOULD ALWAYS INSTALL WHEN I RESTART MY PC AND THAT ISN'T HAPPENING.

CAN YOU HELP?
