windows 8 Getting Devices ready windows 8

I am using asus pc dual core 2.2 ghz, 4 gb ram intel centrino, by last few months I can use freely my windows 8 without any problems, having maintenance at all. But yesterday when I turn on my laptop is stuck at "getting devices ready" i already

tried to use automatic repair and check disk, I manage to log on when I tried to check disk but again same error occured. I dont want to refresh or to re install win8 cause I already install all the programs I needed and also I got my other installer at home.

your help will be much comfort to me ;(
