I just purchased Office 365 at Office Depot [and obtained a replacement at the Microsoft store, but that's a whole 'nother story] and attempted to access Office.com/setup with Bing from my Windows 7 platform. Bing couldn't find the webpage. Google did.

And there is no way visible to the average [normal] person to find setup through the Office 365 home page. [i guess no one expected other sources than Microsoft online would sell Office 365.] Perhaps instead of having a sea of 'blue shirts' inhabiting

your stores, some of those resources should be used for Beta testing your product by 'normal' people [i.e. non-Nerd customers]. I have found this VERY useful in developing apps I have been involved with.
