La actualizacion no termina...

mi laptop dell inspiron ayer se suponia se encontraba actualizandose.. desde temprano hasta ya algo tarde. se llevo muchas horas y no pasaba de la primera actualizacion... para instalar mi office necesito tener el service pack 1, y entre las actualizaciones

siguientes viene esa.. sin embargo no la puedo instalar porque no pasa de la primera.... la tuve k apagar bruscamente ayer y hoy intente de nuevo y lleva ya 6 horas con lo mismo... que puedo hacer? necesito la actualizacion del sp y que mi laptop si se actualize
