photogallery will not play video from new Game camera. I only get screen saver type colors and desi

My system is Vista.  The game camera is a Bushnell HD and I can download from an SD card or direct cable to PhotoGallery.  However when I play the video all that can be seen is the same screen saver type of moving colors and disigns seen when you play

music.  The sound of the segment can be heard clearly but you cannot see anything recorded.
