I have a Dell Dimension B110. with windows XP.. I let (even the young)  kids use this pc. It has become practically worthless. When I bought the computer I got several cd's with it.  As i was reading through the owners manual I found that the computer

could be erased and it would be like it was when it showed up at my door.  This would be great!! but as I proceeded to go through the steps  the first thing to do was  AS SOON AS THE COMPUTER STARTS ...1. see a blue bar, immediatly hit   crtl .& f-11  .. as

soon as i hit the ctrl & f11 it says CAN NOT RESTORE   I have never tried to do this before and I did buy the computer new.  I should be able to have what I paid for.. Is there sny way to get around this CAN NOT RESTORE problem.. that computer would make wonderful

beginers computer for my cousin. and then we could comunicate through the computer and play cribbage/.. Thank You  Tuluchee
