on 31Jan2013 i pay paypal $39.99 for upgrade today 3Feb2013 0% download i ask for dvd 3 days ago my tv programs play with internet when i normally download big files up to 104  GB freinds so1 blu ray it took 4hrs as i had smaller on download. the slowest

down load is 1.9

Mbs please Microsoft is this how you treat you loyal clients i hate to know what you do to your enemy's.
