Why does it say "Is this Copy of Windows Legal" in the Help tab of my Menu Bar ?

When I click the help tab in my menu bar I see "Is this Copy of Windows Legal. I bought the Full version Windows Professional Disk and I just don't understand why that question is there. When I click on it I get taken to the Microsoft website. If anyone

can tell me why that question is there that'd be great . Thanks
