Unable to get bootable x15-65733 ISO USB

I purchased the Win 7 X15-65733 product and using a new 8GB USB memory stick and followed the instructions to create a bootable ISO. The stick formatted and the program transferred until 100% when the progress bar turned red. It said something like data

transferred but not able to get bootfile so ISO not bootable. I clicked Start Again and the stick formatted again but it said We are unable to copy your files, check your USB and ISO files and try again. The same unable to copy files report recurred. Help

please.
