I've seen a lot of posts about this topic, but I haven't seen a simple, definitive answer.  The simple question:  is there a way to get Metro apps to run when logged in using the built-in domain admin account?  I do not want to "create/use

another account" as so many answers to the question suggest.  I just want to get the domain account working.

I support a couple of small businesses, and I typically use the domain admin account to do support.  However, on Windows 8 machines that are members of the domain, if I use that account, Metro apps won't run.  I don't want to get into a religious

war about whether or not I should be using the domain admin account.  I just want to be able to do my job.

Thanks!

Brad.
