Security iso file question

I am hoping to use the latest iso-9660 security file to update my fresh xp install. So i need to know if the updates are cumulative, ie if i download the latest iso file and use it to update a fresh xp professional install, will it install all the updates

that would be installed through windows update online or would i have to go back and download all the update files seperately to get a complete set?
