I have purchased and downloaded Windows 8 Pro but did not order the disc at that time for $14.99. C

I purchased downloaded, but have not installed as yet, Windows 8 Pro.  I failed to purchase the disc for $14.99 at that time.  Can I still purchase the disc for $14.99 and how do I do this?
