My Computer is trying to load something all the time

2 Days Ago i reinstalled windows 7. Today i made the system updates and a 0xc0000022 error appeared, so i could not boot on the desktop, because of the black screen problem. I tried start-up repair, it didn't work, so i made system restore. Now it boots

on desktop, but my PC is always trying to load something. I know it, because the blue circle of the mouse is always trying to load something....What can i do?
