How could I print a scanned document on a A4 size plain paper in a normal style?

Dear Sirs 

COMPUTER: Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit 

I have a scanner Epson 2480. When I had my old printer, I could scan and print on a plain A4 size paper by using a program called Epson Smart Panel.  

The old printer was of a good quality and was working perfectly when I bought my new computer. Unfortunately I could not connect the old printer with my new printer. The old computer had SCART sockets but the new computer has USB sockets. 

My new printer is called Epson Stylus S22. 

Unfortunately Epson Smart Panel program does not work with my new printer. However I can print documents by using Epson Scan but the output is not of a normal style but of a photo size.   

How could I print a scanned document on A4 size plain paper in a normal style?
