my system has crashed and will not start windows 7.  this all started after i did a windows update.  now when i try and start all i get is a message that windows 7 cannot start.  when i go through all computer tests they all result in a passed test response.

when i try a restore my system i get a message that the restore did not complete successfully because there was an unspecified error during system restore (0x8000ffff).

any suggestions?

Thanks
