windows vista Administrator locked out

I have a sinking feeling I am in big trouble. As administrator without pass code protection, I accidentally hit the lock button. The OS is Vista. I am not the only user, so I opened in safe mode and could not still get on. I logged on as husband, and it

worked fine but I could not get on my account. If I try it doesn't let me. As husband, I cannot change anything. I have NO disks of any kind, as this computer was given to me from my sister, when STAPLES destroyed my last computer trying to remove a virus.

She had brought this to "the geeks" to clean it back to original, so they must have created the original disc and not given it to her. I hope that there is a resolve. Any help is much appreciated/ thanks in advance.
