I have Toshiba Satelite Pro Win 7 with Parental control which is password protected. Children are not using it any more and I do not know how to remove it. Cannot do any program update, or PC clean-up or security essential update, nothing at all.

What to do? I have no Windows7 CD and I did not make back-up to take it back to factory settings.

I tried to upgrade to windows 8, and that was not allowed.

Can I downgrade to XP, I have legal copy of it?
