need a program like photo wizard in windows xp can i purchase one from microsoft?

where can i find a photo wizard program like the one that is in windows xp.  my pictures to not print properly with windows 7 because the picture viewer does not give options for 4x6 photos on glossy or any other paper not choices at all.
