I have, over the last two days recieved the message that my Windows 7 is not genuine, and an advert to purchase a new Windows Package at the cost of £79. However I bought my PC along with the Windows 7 from PC World in 2010 and have not had any previous

problems.

I have tried the Recovery process twice but it states that it cannot finish due to 'Error 00000022' I have also been onto Microsoft and done the 'Fix It' but nothing has cured it. Can anyone help please or do I need to take this up with PC World??

Thank you
