Using Stereo mix AND a mic.

I recently built a soundboard to be used in Skype, and I want to enable both stereo mix, and my external mic so that i may use my mic whilst able to use the soundboard to play clips during my podcast. I have tried many methods, and have found no solution

to this without having to disable one or the other in some way. I hope for a speedy reply as I have limited time.
