My Laptop is an Acer 5755G and I have owned it for one year running Windows 7 and MS Office 2010. During the last 3 months I noticed that the Firewall was not starting up eventhough the services andprocesses show that it has. I have purchased two software

services to try an dresolve this and I fear that a virus or malware may be embedded into the Windows files. I have also cleaned up the registry setting and the problem remains the same. Any ideas please? Thanks  David
