Outlook Cached mode with RDS and Office 365

We are looking to move to office 365, we currently have our RDS servers configured with Outlook in Online Mode connecting to our Exchange 2010 servers. However I understand 365 operates with clients in cached mode only. We do not have the capacity to store

the profiles for each user either directly on the RDS server or on network based storage especially given the potential mailbox sizes available with 365 and even if we did the performance would not be ideal. Do we have any options?
