I am unable to open Photos that are supposedly included in e-mails I receive. The word Photos is shown  to the right of the sender's name and e-mail address at the top of the page. When I click the word, an area opens that shows several file areas with the

file Photos checked. Other files are documents, pictures and music. In the body of the e-mail, sometimes there are boxes with an X in the top left corner that do nothing when clicked.

There are no download boxes to be clicked. Sometimes, as well , when the word Photos is clicked, a paper clip shape appears that does nothing when clicked as well. Thank you for any help.     Gotta know.
