I have three security threats found on my PC, But, instead of removing them they are stated as allow

I have three security risks on my computer that were found my microsoft essential but, instead of removing the threats it says they are allowed.  Why would it say they are allowed when it says they are severe allerts?  And how do I remove them?  Thanks
