windows 8 Spell check windows 8 not working

Windows 8 spell checker not working, I’ve tried several techniques to get it to work. None worked. I would like to get this feature working again. I tried several ways, my auto features are on in Blue desktop. I’ve done a integrity check, all is ok, still

not working, tried an IE reset, disabled all none ms startups, one thing did work was creating a new account that hardly constitutes as a fix. Is there going to be a update to solve this, I have tried many things including going into the msspellcheck file

and run it but still no luck.

Anyone have a solution
