You have upgraded me to Outlook. I do not want it and wish to go back to Windows live acc't but one thing is missing with the new Outlook there is no gear Icon for me to switch back. I have called the 18009365700 4 times today and they sent me a procedure

to Switch back but I do not have the icon.
