Paid for Windows 8 Pro Upgrade, but didn't receive any link, email etc

Hello,I paid for Windows 8 Pro version from "Windows Upgrade Assistant" via my Credit Card.I tried several times but every time system didn't process my credit card, but payment has been deducted from my bank account & still I didn't receive any email or download link.Please let me know if I will receive email later?Waiting for your response.Best RegardsMudassar
