I reinstalled the operating software a week ago as I had a hard drive failure.  Microsoft update was working until the last set of updates.  Since it has been installing a lot of updates I am unsure what update is causing the failure. 

The code is error 8024402f and I have tried the microsoft fix it download, previous questions on this forum as well as answers / suggestions on google.  

Do you have any ideas which could help me start updates again?
