How do I update C:\Windows\System32\advapi32.dll ver 6.1.7600.16835 to 6.1.7601.17514 ?

C:WindowsSystem32advapi32.dll   is   ver 6.1.7600.16835 andC:WindowsSysWOW64advapi32.dll   is ver  6.1.7601.17514How do I update the older version.I've confirmed I cannot copy the new to the old location.  When this was done, the system failed to boot.  The recovery process fixed the problem.Thank you.
