I can't install windows security update win 7 64bit

I am having problem with installing security update KB2779562 & KB2778930

I am getting error code 80073701 and 800736B3. I have search the internet for any possible solution but nothing has worked so fare.

I have tried with FIX tool, with reset_reregister_windows_update, reset_windows_update_history.

I have tried to download the updates manually.

I have tried to uninstall all .NET and install again.

 

Does anyone have any suggestions?
