lots of created printers

We have Dell PowerEdge Server acting solely as a Terminal Server with License

Server installed. There are 60 User CALs on the license server and on any

given moment there is probably 30-40 users on the server. Over time, I've

noticed that in Printer Mgr we have over30 sessions in the Ready state for a

several dozen printers. I notice that the same printer is associated with

many of the sessions. Is this normal? I thought that as users logoff their

session and the printers would go away.

Hi,

yes your are right after the sessions end on Ts (not disconnect) the

queu must be deleted.

That could caused from third party print monitors: http://support.microsoft.com/?id=260142.

You could also use a script to delete queue

cheers,
