I am unable to fix error kb947821, hotfix. I have never heard of hotfix.On my shutdown their is an

I have 3 errors, 2 of them are security 1.Security update for Window 7 for X 64 system     KB2769369   says it  failed.

                                                             2.           "          "            "                     "                   KB2705219          "       "

                                                             3.this 1 says Update recommended                         KB2647753 This one says hotfix, ive never heard of hotfix plus

 

their are lots of downloading.  I tried #3 and came up with the hotfix

 

All I do is look things up and play 1 game Pet Society, that is in Facebook.

Everytime I restart the computer the yellow exclamtion mark goes away but it always comes back after I get into facebook.  Can you please help me. I just cant afford to pay someone to look at it.  Please what should I do.   Thank you very much,   Janet
