I see Microsoft has still not fixed the icon issue that has plagued Windows since Win95.  I spent a good 20 minute arranging all my icons per my old Win7 machine.  Changed the wallpaper and BAM!!!!  Complete and utter mess!

Does anyone know of a save/restore utility that actually works with Win8(x64)?  I tried all the ones I could find with Google that say they work for Win7 but none of them work.  Most of them do nothing at all.  The one that tried to work would

put all the icons back wrong.

I'd appreciate any help!
