For the past two months i am trying to install this update(Update for windows driver framework version 1.11 for wondows vista (KB2761494) )but after restarting the computer it everytime fails to install  ; and "reverts the changes"; i have windows vista

as OS.

Note: As this update is recommended but not important, would it be possible to get rid of it completely and if so how to do that?
