windows vista Upon starting my pc and or entering a program this is what appears ~Installation of Tray/App.msi

I am having a hard time with this issue I need help understanding what the error is and what this may be attached to?

The error comes up upon start up and then when entering any program.

the fratures you are trying to use is on a cd-rom or removable disk that is not avaiable, if you click o.k. or trying to close this message it goes on to say Windows is trying to configure Tray/App insert disc and hit ok ~installation package "tray/app.msi.

I am able to keep closing it out but it keeps coming back.

 

can you tell me a step by step fix if there is on or how to figure out what it is and then a fix?
