when I click check for update or check for update managed by your  system administrator or check online for updates from Microsoft update. there is always getting error(s) found code 80240038 windows ran into a problem . When I  get help with this error.

the trouble shooter is also unable to fix it. I've tried to restart the computer but it is still not working. thanks for your help in advance.
