a few keys  will not respondtoshiba p200d/p205dc n  x k hno error msgw/all apps no changes prior to issueI have contacted toshiba tech support. was advised to have keyboard cleaned. went to office depot. they cleaned keyboard but said looked clean. they uninstalled keyboard anf restarted. still issue. purchased external keyboard which working. still issue with

laptop keyboard.
