Itunes is causing outlook to crash

My outlook 2013 has has crashed several times, it basically says that outlook has stopped responding and need to repair its self. Then the repair stops working and I end up having to re-install office again. Now I noticed

that this erro would pop up when ever I opened iTunes so I believe this is the problem
