I did a clean installation of XP Pro w/SP2 on a PC that had a corrupted version of XP Home Premium. The installation was done in accordance with the the instructions with the Windows Genuine Advantage Kit for Windows XP Professional. The installation seemed

to go OK but when I opened it it opened in Safe Mode. Even after accessing the Windows Advanced Options Menu screen and selecting the  Start Windows Normally option it continues to open only in the Safe Mode. Is there another way to get it to open normally?
