Win Vista Ultimate, 64 -bit. SP 2, IE9. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Optiarc BD-ROM BC5505S without any success. I have run Microsoft Fixit without anything happening. I have tried to delete "upper filters" but neither upper or lower filters are present.

(I was in the correct key-BD-ROM, Default.)  Can this issue be fixed? or should I buy a USB BD-ROM?
