I built my system four years ago with a full copy of Windows Vista.  Since then, I purchased a 3 license upgrade to Windows 7 Home Premium.  I upgraded this system and a laptop with that copy.  Now, I performed a major upgrade on my main system, replacing

the motherboard, cpu, memory and main hard drive.  I did a fresh install using the windows 7 disks, assuming it would ask for me to provide my Vista disk, but it never did.  The installation completed successfully, and now, 3 days later, I received an activation

error.  The automated phone system didn't work either, saying I did not meet the licensing requirements.  What can I do?
