I can't resolve the issue without an email as I have no TDD. I installed Win 8 on a HP PC but not  enough RAM. I can't uninstall it as the door is broken now to put the CD in. I installed on the newer laptop but can't activate Win8 as it says product key

in use on another PC. That HP drive will be wiped and PC tossed.

How to contact MS support and tell them to activate it?
