Saying not genuine windows

I bought this Samsung laptop via Home access, it came with windows 7 installed, for just over 3 years i had no problems, but for the last few months a pop up appears every 15/20 mins claiming I don't have a genuine copy of windows, it will not allow me

install updates so it running very slow, how do I solve this issue, it's driving me bonkers
