I'm running a routine incremental backup of my C drive to an internal CD/DVD drive and getting:

Access is denied. 0x80070005

The OS is Windows Vista Home Premium.  Antivirus is Windows Security Essentials.

I am able to copy files to the CD/DVD drive without any error.

I am the sole user and administrator of the computer.

I've tried rebooting and running the backup without any other applications.

Any help will appreciated.
